Kerala Lamb Stew Recipe: Lamb/Mutton (Boneless cubes) - 250 grams Ginger (sliced) - 1-inch piece Bayleaf - 1 no Cardamom - 4 nos Cloves - 5 nos Black Peppercorns - 10 nos Potato (diced) - ½ Cup Carrot (diced) - ½ Cup Beans (Batons) - ½ Cup Coconut Milk (2nd Press) - 1 ½ Cup Coconut Milk (1st Press) - 1 Cup Onion (sliced) - ½ Cup Green Chilli (slit) - 2 nos Curry Leaves - 15 nos Coconut Oil - 2 tbsp Salt - ¼ tsp + ½ tsp Cooking Instructions: 1. In a pressure cooker, add the mutton cubes with bay leaf, sliced ginger, peppercorns and ¼ tsp of salt. Cook on high flame for 1 whistle, then reduce the flame to low and cook for 10 minutes. 2. In a pot, heat oil. Add the cardamom and cloves. Then add the sliced onions, slit green chillies and curry leaves. Saute until the onion turns translucent. 3. Add the 2nd press coconut milk and bring it to a boil. 4. Add the onion, carrot and beans. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes. 5. Add the cooked mutton along with the water. Simmer for 5 minutes. 6.
