KAMPUNG CHUPAK AND SENTAH MTB RIDE 2022

We started our ride from Siburan town, heading towards Kampung Skuduk and Chupak, just a lane off opposite of Tapah town. It was a morning with great weather, blue skies and all but the sun was scorching hot already. The distance from Siburan into Kampung Chupak is around 16km. Both Skuduk and Chupak have amazing beautiful paddy fields. It was a dismay that the Chupak Raya Cave was still in a bad non-maintained state (despite after so many years). I do hope that the minister + village head will do something about it to further promote this area to the public. We took some photos and also managed to explore an off-road route around the small pond but met with a dead-end. Haha. Next we had lunch back in Siburan town again then headed towards Kampung Sentah (which is about 230m in elevation). The ride up was tough for me. In comparison to Matang Mount Temple, this terrain is a bit steeper and it stretches longer. Finally managed to reach the top of the kampung and reach the end of the kampung which was a St Gerald Church building. Interesting little place and it was good to see some development since the last time I visited this place probably 3 years ago. Downhill ride was fun and too bad the gopro footage got a bit jittery as I forgot to turn on the Hypersmooth 2.0 and it couldn't be corrected through ReelSteady.
