This is a case that shows how easily we can be fooled by the angulation we are looking at the implant site during osteotomy preparation. In cases of Type IV bone it is very easy to have our drill shifted in an undesired direction. Thanks to Cervico guide I was able to identify the problem on time and correct the implant position. Cervico system was utilised also for fabricating a custom healing abutment and provide to my restorative dentist the foundation for a properly designed prosthesis. Soft tissue profiling is critical for both BIOLOGIC and RESTORATIVE REASONS. Enjoy :)
