Motorcycle Ride to Beautiful Green Tree Inn Bed and Breakfast in Elsah, IL on the Great River Road!

Such a beautiful place to get away to... Elsah, Illinois, only 30 min from St. Louis. A quaint village that takes you back to a quieter time. I recently rode my Harley Heritage over and stayed the night at the most beautiful bed and breakfast, The Green Tree Inn! The owners were so kind and helpful, even letting me park my motorcycle in their personal garage out of the rain and all night long. Now, that it special! Breakfast was a little piece of heaven! Warm apples, granola and homemade whip cream was so yummy! I should have bought their cookbook, next time I stay I will. I felt so at home here! I walked all around the village and everyone who lived there, spoke to me. Everyone was very nice ... I could see myself living there someday.
