Hello everyone, This is Jamyang. Tashi Delek! This video is about the daily routine of a Tibetan retired women, Mrs Chungda, who is 65 years old, living 3km west of Potala Palace in Lhasa downtown. From the early morning meditation to the 3-time koras around the Potala Palace, she spent most of the time praying and chanting. Follow her steps, you can take a part in the daily kora around the Potala Palace with the locals.
