First time creating a race video. What a gorgeous race and just epic event. This race had it all, stunning views, massive climb, steep descents, ropes, and iron (via ferrata) type sections, ice fields where crampons were needed. Amazing weather. The race gives 33 hours to complete this 100k, Western States gives 28 for it to be a qualifier. My goals was to only go through one night, so under 24 hours. Finished in 22:15:21. Really happy with how it went. Needed more secure shoes, my toes were destroyed towards the end and made my descending a lot slower than my legs could of handled. All in all really pleased with my race. Oh, if you're used to North American Aid Stations, pack your own calories... not sure I could have managed on cheeses, meats, chocolate and stale breads....
