Few people have an intuitive feel for what’s at stake when a new coal mine is proposed. Our animation shows the actual quantity of coal that will be produced over fifty years at the Woodhouse Colliery, and the carbon dioxide that will be added to the atmosphere. We made this animation for London-based politicians such as Robert Jenrick, who will decide whether the mine goes ahead.
