Richard Satchwell has been found guilty of the murder of his wife Tina. A jury of seven women and five men spent nine hours and 28 minutes deliberating before coming to the unanimous verdict today - following a five-week trial at Dublin's Central Criminal Court. UK native Satchwell, 58, who has been in custody for the duration of his trial, now faces the mandatory life sentence - of which the average person spends at least 20 years. The jury ultimately agreed with the prosecution - which showed how the brazen lorry driver lied to Gardaí and the public for six and a half years - claiming his wife had vanished from his home on Grattan Street in Youghal, Co Cork on March 20, 2017.
