Hey Hot Tots!!! Happy Monday! In today’s video my friend makes a guest appearance and we cook a Chinese chicken meal together! It ended up DELICIOUS. Below are the ingredients! Thank you so so much for watching and don’t forget to SUBSCRIBE!:) LETS BE FRIENDS :) INSTAGRAM: Sophia MarieDee WW CONNECT: Sophia1676 Chicken Marinade: 1&1/2 tbsp of coconut aminos 1 tsp baking soda 2 tbsp pineapple juice Sauce: 1/4 cup of dried apricots (about 6) 1/3 cup pineapple juice 2 tbsp coconut aminos 3-4 tbsp of chicken stock or water (we used broth whoops still good tho!) 2 tsp apple cider vinegar 1&1/2 tsps of tomato paste Pinch of sea salt Blend it together ! -First make marinade and marinade the chicken in it. -Cook up the chicken then set it aside. Then make your sauce, blend and set aside. -Next add half a tbsp of sesame oil to your hot pan and cook up your marinated chicken. -Then set the chicken aside. -Add another half tbsp of sesame oil to your hot pan and add 2 tbsps of chopped ginger until you can smell them ! -Add one onion, one green pepper and one red pepper! Once the veggies are done add chicken back into the pan and a 1&1/2 cups of fresh pineapple. Then add your sauce you made earlier on top and stir it in. Fried Rice: Cook up your eggs then set them aside 1 egg 2 egg whites 1 bag of cauliflower rice 1 bag of veggie medley 1&1/2 tsps of garlic minced 3 tbsp soy sauce (or to taste) 5 scallions worth of whites scallions greens (to taste) and egg added at the end!
