2025 Blue Angels & Harriers! (January 15th - 18th)

My first Blue Angels winter training trip of 2025. I wanted to apologize in advance for any audio distortions when the sound gets really loud while I'm testing out my new Rode NTG3 mic. By the 22:40 mark in the video I got it more figured out after lots of trouble shooting. There's a possibility I'm using a bad XLR audio cable. (which has already been replaced for the next upload). I'm also using a high-end wind blocker, and I have the db turned all the way down to -12 in the camera settings. I personally think it's a faulty XLR cable or mic. It sounds GREAT when recording sounds at normal volumes, but when the jets rock El Centro, I hear distortions. If I can't come up with a resolution to smooth out the audio during the loud clips, I'll return to my old Rode video mic X.
