Introduction to Basic Electronic Components

In this video we take a brief look at some of the more commonly used electronic components. These components can be considered the building block of all electronic systems which we used daily. The components covered in this video include: switched, resistors, capacitors, inductors, diodes (general purpose and light emitting diodes), transistors and integrated circuits (IC). These components are readily found in all modern day consumer electronics, devices such as cell phones, tablets, computers TVs all contain these components in some shape or form. Therefore knowing there function in these gadgets and how to spot them in circuits is of importance to the Technician, Engineer or even the average "Joe" who might find the phenomenon on which these devices operate intriguing.
