De La Salle College of St Benilde Aseana City Campus De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB) is currently expanding its footprint with the development of the Delfin J. Wenceslao Jr. Campus in Aseana City, Parañaque. This state-of-the-art facility is Benilde’s newest campus, designed to alleviate space constraints in the Manila campus and foster a creative hub in the growing Aseana business district. Key Campus Information Target Completion: The campus is slated to open for the Academic Year 2027–2028. Location: Situated on a 3,845-square-meter lot in Aseana City, Parañaque, specifically within the D.M. Wenceslao mixed-use estate (near Parqal and the Aseana Plaza). Architect: Designed by Ed Calma, who also designed the iconic Design + Arts Campus in Malate. The building is envisioned to look like a "Japanese lantern" at night. Academic Programs The Aseana campus will serve as the primary home for several specialized schools and clusters, accommodating approximately 5,000 students.
