Last leg of this 850km ride! Brompton cycling & 'primitive' camp south Denmark, Eurostar etc home

This is part three of my journey from Sweden back to England. This film covers my bikepacking adventures cycling & camping through southern Denmark, which was the last leg of the ride from my husband's cottage. I also cover my train journey back to England. The trains worked out really well - so brilliant with a Brompton, that you can hop on board without hassle or extra cost. I took German trains from Flensburg via Hamburg and Köln to Brussels, and then Eurostar from Brussels to London. Hope you enjoy the film! About the old Danish poem I chose to include, I didn't like the English translations that I found online, so I translated it myself, kind of as I felt like I wanted it to be...! Bear in mind that I don't know Danish! I mainly guessed based on Swedish, which I do know, and looked words up. So yeh, it is kind of loosely done... It was very kind of the owner of the Rectory at Over Randlev to invite me in, and talk with me about her house and its past. What a nice person. I was surprised to find later that very few of Steen Steensen Blicher's poems seem to have been translated into English (or Swedish) at all. I hope someone brilliant will get onto it. 'Bird of Passage' looks like a lovely set of poems and this one just fitted my mood. Thank you for watching! Hoping 2025 brings you lots of good moments, big and small!
