But, like most rigorous training programs, they give you all the tools you need to be successful as a new real estate agent at Redfin. Highlights from my second week: Started taking clients. I’ve been writing multiple contracts during my second week. The quality of leads is great. Working with first-time homebuyers and experienced homebuyers. Met with my Transaction Coordinator. They give you so much as a new agent. REDFIN gives me great tips on what to say and what not to say. How to properly manage my leads and process.
