I'll walk you through the simple recipe step by step and give it a taste test at the end. Making your own hot sauce is a great way to enjoy the peppers you grow, and sometimes at harvest season you have more than you can eat! If you de-stem them and halve them all they freeze well in plastic bags and can be pulled out months later to use in sauces, recipes, or dehydrated to make powders and flakes.
