The tumor has close contact with the main renal vessels, and pelvi-calyceal system. For the renal nephrometry score this tumor 6 cm larger diameter. Is endophytic, it is less than 4 mm to the collecting system and sinus. X for neither anterior nor posterior, H suffix for close contact to the hilum. And crosses the axial renal midline. So it is scored 11 x h. A score of 10 to 12, thus it is a high complexity tumor. Is it technically possible to propose a nephron-sparing surgery in this case?
