Monday Magazine 6 … Autumn kicks in !

Hello - and welcome to this week's Monday Magazine! Autumn is creeping in, and my thoughts are turning to autumn related kitchen tasks to ready myself for the winter. This week I have finished getting the sloe gin set up to steep, I made Yorkshire tea 'bracks' for sharing and freezing. I've also topped up my water preps and added minced beef to my freezer preps. I got ahead with some apple-based preserves, using my harvested apples, but I'll share those next week.... as I realised the video was going to be far too long! As usual, the pugs are snoring in the background and I forgot the washing machine was on ... so I have done a voice over in parts.
