पारंपरिक चविष्ठ भाजणीचे थालीपीठ Thalipeeth Recipe Bhajni Ingredients:- .3cup jowar(500gm) .1.5 cup wheat (250gm) .1/3Cup chana dal/ split chick pea(125gm) .1/2 cup rice (50gm) .1/4th cup udad dal50gm) .2 tbsp coriander seed .1 tbsp carom seeds(ajwain) .1 tsp cumin seeds(jeera) Ingradients for thalipith dough .3cup of thalipith bhajni flour .4 green chilly .10-12garlic cloves .1 tsp turmeric powder .salt .1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves . oil . water Method:- Bhajni flour In a hot kadai roast all the ingradients one by one on medium low gas flame for few mins .Then romove all ingradients in big bowl n let it cool. when mixture gets cool grind it in flour mill like regular roti atta /flour .Our thalipith bhajni is ready. *Prepration of thalipith dough:- . Take big bowl and add 3cup of bhajni flour in it then add 1tsp of turmeric n 2tsp of salt to taste .After that grind the chilly garlic n coriander in mix jar n crushed it roughly then add this paste to flour .Mix everything well add little quantity of water n again mix well. . Knead very soft and smooth dough by adding enough water. and keep it aside for few minutes . . To spread thalipeeths ,dough should neither be to stiff nor to soomther. . Heat tawa on low flame. . Take cotton cloth and wet it with water,remove excess water from cloth. . Spread cotton cloth on rolling board. . Wet palm and take some dough n roll it. . Place dough on wet cloth and again wet palm,spread thalipeeth evenly on cloth. . Make a hole at the center of thalipeeth to add oil . . Spread little oil on hot tawa. . Lift the cloth and place the thalipeeth side on tawa, deep your hand in water n spread little water on cloth and remove cloth carefully. keep flame low. . After that add little oil on it and roast thalipeeth from both sides. . Keep turning and roast till brown spots appers on it. . Thalipeeth is ready serve it with pickle,butter,curd,thecha.
