3 Sweet Potato Harvests - Okinawan Purple, Yellow Jersey, Store Bought

I planted two types of sweet potatoes in grow bags this year. They were Okinawan Purple and Yellow Jersey. They grew so well that they rooted outside of the grow bags. I also took some slips from them and planted some by the straw bales, and some in the side yard. In the side yard I also planted some store bought sweet potatoes from the grocery store. I harvested the slips by the straw bales first, then I harvested the ones grown in the side yard. Finally, I harvested the ones that self rooted outside the grow bags. I found that the Okinawan Purple sweet potatoes grew better outside the grow bags than they did in the grow bags.
