He explains this as a normal course of professional evolution. His talk encourages people to re-evaluate how people view employment. He challenges the idea of earning a degree and getting a job. His talk answers key questions including the relevance of higher education, objectives of employment, and importance of entrepreneurship. He concludes by providing solutions to unemployment that can be implemented through shared responsibility. Prof. Krishna N.
