Today we are going to be installing a couple of these Bargman interior 12 volt lights. Were putting two of them in this enclosed trailer here. Its real simple. This is a ground wire, white one is, so well just be grounding this, putting a ring terminal on it when we connect it to the frame. This will tie in with the lighting circuit thats already inside the trailer, as there is already two similar lights inside of the trailer, so were just gonna be adding two additional lights. Lets go over a couple of things with them. Simply slide the cover off, just got a little bulb here, on/off switch, it is tied in with the main switch inside this particular trailer, so well be tying them all in together. The way were gonna need to mount these though, these four mounting locations will not mount in our particular trailer, so were gonna actually have to drill an extra hole here and here, and well use some self tappers to go into the metal roof bows of the trailer. Well go over that when we get to that point, but this is basically the light, its pretty simple. Lets go inside and show where were gonna put them in. The customers requested that we put a light every other bow, so well be using this one, as well as up here in the front for the other location they have requested. As you can see, the light is wider than the bow, so thats why, as I said earlier, well put it up there and well actually mark where were gonna drill a hole, so probably be like here and there, just enough to cover the two self tappers in the bow here and thatll hold it just fine; thats how these additional lights are already put in. If you want to see kind of, give you an idea, these are put in the same way, they just went ahead and put a couple . . . thats exactly what were gonna do with this one, very similar. Well do it the same way. Ive figured out that these are about 37 inches over from the wall, so well come up here, just to give ourself an idea. All right, now well go ahead and measure over so we get similar distances from what the other lights that have already been installed. Well be right in this area here, its where well go put our light up. Put a small hole right back there. Go down and pre-drill these, then well come back and make our connections. Go ahead and drill a hole here. All right, now were gonna go ahead and put our ground ring terminal onto our white wire. Now that weve got the ground terminal on, were gonna go ahead and go back in the trailer and install this first light. Were gonna go ahead and pre-run a little bit of wire here, were gonna pull it out here, give ourself plenty of wire, get over there, make our connection. Go ahead and end up tucking this inside the, the bow here; run it up. Get over here well put a loom clamp that holds the wire. Since there is a block of wood in this trailer, right through the middle here, and it doesnt allow me to drill into this so, well mount our light and make our connections. Well need to make this connection here with the red wire, its gonna be our power wire. We are gonna drill right here. Put this plastic grommet here into the bow so it protects the wire as we feed it through. Push it in, it will protect the wire as it runs through it. Well fish the wire on in. Go ahead and put a little bit of tape on this first before we pull it too tight. Now we went ahead and fished our wire through here, so Ill just get it worked in behind this bow so we can get it to come out. Go ahead and finish feeding in the extra stuff. Try to tuck the wire up underneath. Well be making a connection right in here, this wire right here, the yellow wire is what weve already determined is our power wire. It will vary from your trailer, and this one. Well go ahead and snip the wire down, give ourself a little extra here just in case, and then Im gonna use just a quick splice to make our connection in where it needs to be. Now before we button everything else up, lets go ahead and double check it and see if things work, doesnt have the cover on it yet, but its all working just fine. Go ahead and put this cover on. Now this you simply line up the holes, do both sides, then the cover slides back, and then see this one here, turn it on and off, as well as the main switch. Now were gonna go ahead and clip this wire loom clamp on. There you go. You can see here weve got this first light installation completed. Turn it off at the switch. Turn it off at the main switch. Well go ahead and get the second light installed. To do that, were gonna just basically repeat
