The Enhancements of Kermit: Spare wheel mounting and half door conversion of a Land Rover 109 pickup

Project Kermit is complete but the enhancements of Kermit have only just begun! First up is to make a home for the spare wheel that until now has just been loose in the pick up bed. I thought a half door conversion and mounting a spare wheel holder would be a simple project - and it was - but I had to restore both the door and a lock to go with it first. To get to the end result took a ridiculous amount of time (20-30 hours of work) but I'm very happy with the outcome and it only cost about a fiver! Lots more enhancements (and adventures) to come.
