The only supplies you will need are a fine tipped marker like a sharpie pen, and some paper. Spray paint and a fat cap I suppose are optional but can give you a basis to work from. The process uses a halftone effect to recreate a fat cap flair tag. In this video I draw and paint the letter A. The structure on how to draw an A allows for some great expression using the flair effect. The stipple effect is not very hard once you get a handle on the shading profiles.
