There was a time when waiting was just part of life. Letters, food, news, photos — everything took time. And looking back, I’m not sure losing that was an improvement. Waiting used to be normal. Nobody liked it, but nobody questioned it either. You waited for mail, phone calls, photos to be developed, test results, news updates, weather changes, albums, movies, job offers, repairs, parts, and answers. Today, almost nothing requires waiting anymore. Everything is instant. Immediate. On demand. In this video, I talk about what waiting used to be, what disappeared with it, and why I think waiting made us more patient, more appreciative, and more grounded than we are now. This isn’t about going backward or rejecting progress. It’s about understanding what we lost when time stopped being part of the process. Let me know in the comments what you remember waiting for — and what you don’t miss waiting for at all. Thanks for watching.
