A Week of Practice Across the week we gather for different forms of Qigong, each with its own flavour, pace, and emphasis, yet all rooted in the same intention: to move with awareness, soften the body, and settle the mind. This short montage offers a glimpse into our Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evening sessions, including Flow Form, 18 Forms, and 5 Element Qigong.
