Classics Nerd Listens to EPIC THE MUSICAL: THE TROY SAGA - THE HORSE AND THE INFANT

Whoops, I meant to try and have the entirety of THE TROY SAGA be one video but uhhhh.....I kinda went overboard on just this first song! I apologize the intro part of this is so long -- I always feel the need to present my personal knowledge baseline when trying to talk on something with any semblance of esoteric authority. Please note: if I do any comparisons between source material and this adaptation, it's never meant to be like "you're wrong!" or "how dare you make this change!" I'm always curious to see what people pull from mythology and a musical allows for all sorts of interesting takes just due to its medium. After all: Greek mythology 'source material' is CHOCK FULL of people telling their own versions of the same story. Also, this is only the first song (and then saga), so please understand I'm still wrapping my head around where Jorge is going with his adaptation.
