More than 100,000 people marched in Belarus' capital on Sunday to protest against the country's authoritarian President Alexander Lukashenko, who won his sixth term in office in an election widely seen as rigged. Opposition figure Tsikhanouskaya, who is seen as Lukashenko's closest competitor is due to meet with Merkel and lawmakers from the Green Party on Tuesday.
