Well, it can be help for making sure farms are loaded, checking your render distance, setting up automatic farms, and knowing whether you are moving things across chunks. To view chunks in Minecraft, just press the F3 key and G on your keyboard at the exact same time. When you do this, suddenly the chunk borders will appear. They will move as you move through chunks making it super easy to see the borders. To stop viewing chunks, simple press F3 + G again.
