If the surface has heavy deposits of grease or oil, use Watco Concroff or for painted surfaces, Watco Bio-D. STEP 2 - MIXING The paint should be thoroughly stirred and not thinned. Pour the coating into a plastic scuttle for immediate use. STEP 3 - APPLICATION Use a paint brush to cut in around the edges of the surface Apply using a medium pile roller and work well into the surface Avoid applying too thick.
