Hey guys! Welcome to this 10,000 step challenge! This is a fast paced workout with intervals of cardio and strength training movements to burn calories and tone. This workout is low impact, all standing and no equipment needed, all you will need is a little bit of space in your living room and some water. Take regular breaks by pausing the workout to grab water when needed, this is your workout so take it at your own pace. Remember to always take the moves at your own pace, I recorded the steps using my apple watch. This is a great challenge, either complete round 1 to 5000 steps or just over an hour to complete the 10, 000 step challenge, enjoy! Please like and subscribe, more videos to come!
