The Volvo EX60, expected in 2026, will serve as Volvo’s all-electric alternative to the XC60. Anticipated to draw design inspiration from the Concept Recharge and EX90, it could feature a sleeker, aerodynamic body, Thor’s Hammer pixelated LED headlights, flush door handles, and a full-width LED light strip. Inside, the EX60 is expected to offer a 14.5-inch portrait-style infotainment system with Google built-in, 5G connectivity, and OTA updates. A 9-inch digital instrument panel and an optional head-up display should provide essential driving data. Bi-directional charging should allow it to power homes and charge other EVs.A roof-mounted LiDAR sensor is expected to enhance safety, working alongside radars and cameras. The EX60 could deliver up to 536 hp, with 200 kW+ DC fast charging, adding 125 miles in six minutes. Production is anticipated in Gothenburg, Sweden, with U.S. pricing expected around $60,000.
