GENMA starts 2026 with the successful delivery of three 100-ton intelligent marine transshipment cranes. This delivery includes one repeat order—driven by proven performance—and two upgraded models customized for deep-hold operations, reflecting strong market confidence in GENMA's reliability and product strength. The repeat order stems from a client's complete trust: their first GENMA crane maintained a stable, "zero-fault" record during continuous high-intensity operation, supporting above-target output and earning a reputation for dependable performance. The two customized models further demonstrate GENMA’s scenario-based solutions. By adopting a special wide-groove pulley system, the grab lifting height is increased to 26 meters, easily accommodating deep-hold vessels and high stacking. This helps reduce berth shifts by about 15%, significantly boosting overall efficiency and delivering “efficient loading and worry-free operation.” All three cranes are equipped with a fully variable-frequency electric drive system for hoisting and slewing, offering a hoisting speed of 140 m/min and a smooth slewing speed of 1.6 rpm. They support flexible switching between grab and hook modes, capably handling various bulk and general cargo to provide an agile and efficient solution for ports and maritime logistics. GENMA adheres to a “low center of gravity, light weight, high stability” design philosophy. Through structural optimization and material upgrades, the cranes exhibit enhanced resistance to wind and waves in complex sea conditions. Key electrical components use top international brands, ensuring long-term durability in harsh environments and reducing lifecycle maintenance costs. Reliability Extends to Full-Service Support For GENMA, reliability goes beyond products to include commissioning and long-term service. Last year, we received a letter of thanks from a client’s operations in West Africa. It highlighted the professionalism and proactive support of the GENMA team during on-site commissioning and follow-up service, which provided a solid foundation for smooth commissioning, stable operation, and ongoing trust. We believe excellent equipment must be paired with reliable service to create lasting value for our customers. Looking ahead, GENMA will continue to advance R&D in smart and green technologies, providing global clients with more efficient and trustworthy material handling solutions. Together with industry partners, we are committed to building a more productive and sustainable future.
