A one-minute video overview about Cooper the alien from Super 8, his powers, abilities and characteristics as depicted in Super 8. After crash landing in Ohio in 1958, Cooper, a super-intelligent extraterrestrial, was captured by military forces and his ship commandeered for scientific research. After years of tortuous experimentation, his eventual escape came when the military cargo train transporting him and his ship, derailed – dislodging Cooper’s railcar, and scattering the pieces of his ship in the wreckage. Once freed from captivity, it became Cooper’s primary objective to collect all the modular pieces of his spacecraft, and return to his home planet. Along with the ability to possesses and control electrical fields, Cooper has the capability of sharing a telekinetic bond with anyone he touches, and is capable of feeling their pain and fears. Though sympathetic and understanding human emotions, Cooper’s time in captivity has made him resentful and angry towards humanity – causing him to use his immense strength to dispatch any human that crosses his path. Also feeding on humans, as well as storing them for future consumption. Also, I wouldn’t stand too close to his cage.
