Finding balance this holiday season | ON THE ROAD

This New Year, my goal is simple: slow down and actually enjoy the process. Not just training (because I already love that), but life outside of it, and then bring that same calm, balanced mindset back into training. Here we go through a whirlwind holiday stretch: Christmas back home in Greeley, time with family and friends, juggling work, training, and the pressure I often put on myself to please everyone. It was exhausting at times, but also full of gratitude and perspective. Back on the road to Tyler, Texas for a family reunion, where warmer weather, sea-level training, and dedicated time blocks helped me realize a better way to balance life and triathlon. Being surrounded by supportive family reminded me how lucky I am to chase this dream with so many people in my corner. Hope you enjoy another video :))))
