Motilal Oswal PE Leads Race To Acquire Hyderabad Diagnostics Firm Sensa Core | Business News The private equity unit of Motilal Oswal Financial Services has emerged a frontrunner to acquire a majority equity stake in the medical diagnostics product firm Sensa Core, reports Anurag Joshi. Motilal Oswal Private Equity has signed an “exclusivity agreement” with the founders of Sensa Core, whose offerings include health analyzers and cholesterol meters, people familiar with the matter told ET NOW. Company founders, led by Chairman Ravi Kumar Meruva, own around 89% holding in Sensa Core. The enterprise value for the firm is around 22 billion ($250 million) to 24 billion rupees, the people said.
