Place your order directly from the application, it will be accepted and approved from our end. Once your design is approved the metal of your choice is cut to the proper size, we then upload your design and fit the metal into the machine. The milling machine selects the appropriate tool to machine your design. Once it is finished it is then placed on the assembly line to be painted. Using a syringe we apply color specified to your order, after it dries we clean off any excess paint. After your item is cleaned we inspect each item to make sure it matches the order and the items don't have any defects. After your item is mounted to cardboard with a vacuum seal and packed and ready to ship.
