MST 25G Snyder grasper DFH-0032 modification

The MST Snyder grasper is the only 25G forceps in the MST line up . It is extremely delicate and useful instrument , but some surgical maneuvers as intercepting the Carlevale IOL leading haptic or iris grasping for iris cerclage requires different direction of the jaws in order to easily perform this complex techniques. The original direction of action of the jaws is horizontal , which is not useful in the mentioned above scenarios. I show DIY modification of the forceps ,in order to have vertical jaws action . p.s. This change of acting direction of the forceps cannot be achieved by rotating the head with MST- 360 handle (DFH-0021) , because this is anterior segment forceps with almost 45 degrees curvature, hence turning it will lead to completely different pointing direction !
