Nova Ocoee Race Lap

It all started w/ Jacob Robinson mentioning last year that he tried to do a Full Slice/Playboat division, but didn't have enough participants to make it official. I thought it was a hilarious and fun idea, so tried to make it happen for my 1st year participating in the Ocoee Race. I posted about it online and endured a good amount of mocking and ridicule: "What's the point? Why would you do that? It goes against the whole idea of using that type of boat." Apparently I wasn't alone as a total of 7 contestants signed up. At the awards ceremony, even the President of TVCC got in a jab when announcing the winners. For me, this was the one that mattered. The Short Boat lap was only practice for this one. VERY pleased that in my 2nd race lap ever, I got a bronze medal.
