I travel a lot internationally as well as around the U.S. After a trip to England or to the Middle East, it used to take me two weeks to get back to a normal sleep schedule. I discovered 2Breathe and it's been a great help to me. Now, starting the first night back, I can sleep more or less the full night. I wake up, I then go on 2Breathe, and either I go into a meditative state for half an hour and then fall asleep, or go into the 2Breathe meditative state for 15 minutes and then I fall asleep. It's been a big help. I have not wanted to take medication, the books I write focus on prescriptions without pills - ways to treat depression, anxiety, anger - without taking medication. So for myself, when facing sleep disruptions, I also wanted to find some way to sleep normally after I need to adjust from jet lag. I'm so pleased to have found 2Breathe.
