Hello ☺Thank you for watching my video. Today's recipe is for a soufflé cheesecake that is a good combination of chocolate and cream cheese. The cake is soft and fluffy when freshly baked and melts in your mouth when cooled in the refrigerator. ▷Ingredients: 100 g sweet chocolate (I used 53% cacao) 100 g cream cheese 100 g milk or soy milk 15 g each cocoa powder and rice flour 2 egg yolks 2 egg whites 50 g granulated sugar ▷How to make: 1. Melt the sweet chocolate in a saucepan over hot water, add the cream cheese and milk in this order, and mix well. 2. Sift in the cocoa powder and rice flour and mix well. Add the egg yolks one at a time and mix well. Strain the chocolate mixture to remove any lumps. 4. Add granulated sugar to the egg whites to make a meringue. 5. Add the meringue mixture to the chocolate mixture in 2 batches. 6. Put the dough into a mold lined with a cooking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 160°C and roast in hot water for 20 to 25 minutes. 7. Remove from the molds and sprinkle with powdered sugar. The dough can be chilled in the refrigerator if desired.
