A reconditioned Urschel J9-A two-dimensional belt-fed cutter, manufacturer rated for firm products up to 1/2 inch thick, with included feed roll, or thicker if product is compressible. This dicing machine / strip-cutter, chopping machine produces a variety of dice sizes and strip cuts. Manufacturer literature recommends for meats (frozen tempered chicken breast, beef jerky, bacon strips, sausage crumbles), baked goods (pita chips, flour tortilla strips, bread dices for croutons, brownies) & vegetables such as peppers, celery, broccoli & parsley; and as a high-capacity greens chopper for mustard greens, collard greens, kale, and spinach. The Urschel J9A is a high-capacity tons-per-hour cutting machine designed for very clean, precise cuts, in uninterrupted continuous operation in industrial food processing applications; including USDA meat and poultry applications, with easy cleanup and maintenance.
