Video has emerged purporting to show the moment a Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) officer was gunned down, as he exited a building while carrying bags. Pro-Putin media outlets are reporting that the officer was responsible for clandestine operation behind Russian lines, according to East2West News. The SBU's press department told the Kyiv Independent that the murder happened on July 10 in Kyiv.
