In this really hot summer of July, during the heat reaching 36 degrees and more (in shadow), we decided to cross the route through cliff from Cruz de la Sierra Helada in Benidorm to Albir. We started from Levante beach in Benidorm at 6.30 o'clock. The first point of the trip is a cross dominating over the city - Cruz de la Sierra Helada. Next trail leads us up and down and up and down, as part of the reward you can admire the amazing landscape. From the one side there are a sea, boats, small islands, hidden beach, and on the other side nearby cities. The route took us about 5.30 hours, starting from Levante beach and ending on the beach in Albir. The trail in the summer is demanding, you will need a lot of water, minimum 2 liters per person, take a lot of breaks when you meet the shadow. PS.: Best greetings for mountain runners.
