Breathe Clean Air - Workshop air filter [video 464]

I bought a new air scrubber for the workshop recently, and in this video I tell you why I bought this one, and we get to hang it on the ceiling. Also, mains cables, again. Yay! For clarity, I refer to this unit as 'British made' when what I meant to say - and actually said many, many times - was 'British manufacturer', but the one good take was the one where I mis-spoke. I don't actually know where this is made - I'd speculate china, same as everything else - but if it's something that concerns you deeply then check with Record Power. Also note that I'm talking specifically about the Record Power AC400 unit - I have no direct experience of the alternative units, but links are provided below so you can check the specs yourselves. Record Power AC400 Workshop Air Scrubber basic specs: 14Kg, 430 x 260 x 510mm, 3 speed, low - 60dB, med 63dB, high 67dB, remote control included, 1, 2, and 4-hour timer run-on as standard, 1.8 metre fixed mains cable (boo!) 5 and 1 micron filters, easily accessible and changed without tools. Full fixing kit included. I paid ~£170 delivered and have to be honest didn't look too closely at the alternatives because this seemed to tick all the boxes at the right price, was in stock and available when I was ready to buy.
