Today I’m sharing a simple and delicious Mutter Paneer recipe made step by step at home. This creamy paneer curry is rich in flavor and perfect to enjoy with roti, naan, or rice. INGREDIENTS Paneer cubes Green peas (steamed) Butter Oil Whole spices: 1-Cinnamon (Dalchini) 2-Green cardamom (Elaichi) 3-Cloves (Laung) 4-Black pepper (Kali mirch) 5-Dry red chilli (Sukhi lal mirch) 6-Bay leaf (Tej patta) Garlic Onion (chopped) Tomatoes (chopped + grated) Cashews Turmeric powder Coriander powder Red chilli powder Salt (to taste) Mutter Paneer masala Garam masala Kasuri methi Water . STEPS Heat butter in a pan and fry paneer cubes until golden brown. Keep aside. In the same pan, add oil. Add whole spices — cinnamon, cumin seeds, cardamom, cloves, black pepper, dry red chilli, and bay leaf. Sauté the spices until fragrant. Add chopped onions and fry until golden brown. Add garlic, chopped tomatoes, and cashews. Cook well. Turn off the gas and grind this mixture into a smooth paste. Heat oil in a pan and add the prepared masala paste. Add grated tomatoes and mix well. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Add a little water and cook the masala covered for a few minutes. Add Mutter Paneer masala and steamed green peas. Add fried paneer cubes and mix gently. Add water as needed and cook covered. Add garam masala and kasuri methi. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
