I ruptured my achilles tendon a few weeks ago. I have been doing some research about tendon healing, and I’ve been supplementing with things like collagen peptides, bone broth, extra vitamin C, and some various herbal compounds and alternative therapies. I remembered that I had some bone marrow bones sitting in my freezer, so I decided to make something of them. I found some interesting properties they had that could further aid my healing. I hope you check out the video and subscribe to my channel to watch me heal my ruptured tendon and make a full recovery so I can participate on American Ninja Warrior. Recipe for Cross Cut Bones: Thaw bones (I did this in a bowl of cold water, and recycled the cold water a few times. It took about 4 hours. Overnight in the fridge is probably better). -If there are impurities in the bone marrow, make a saline solution to soak the bones in. Use 1 tablespoon of salt to every 1 cup of cold water. Soak and refrigerate for about 6 to 12 hours. Allow the bones to air dry before you roast them. -Season with some salt (or whatever you want to season with). -Place the bones in a 450 F oven and roast for 15 to 25 minutes, until the marrow begins to bubble. -Put bone marrow on toast. If you have a better recipe, (I am guessing you do) let me know in the comments!
