The fast and easy way to start fly fishing in a stream: the instant fly cast!

This is a video with Ola Spång, former world champion distance caster showing the simple and elegant cast that makes you hit the stream in minutes! The "instant" fly cast is a very easy but efficient cast! For some extra long presentations, just add the basic roll cast and you can fish in almost any place and situation! Longer presentations, and the fly in the water will help you catch more fish!
