Las Vegas Sushi Roll Recipe Why don’t we try something new today? A deep fried sushi roll! It’s not only tasty but also looks beautiful and colorful just like Las Vegas! Ingredients (one roll): *2 slices of Salmon *2 slices of Tuna *1/4 Avocado *1/4 Cucumber *1/4 Cream Cheese *2 Crab Meat *1 Seaweed Paper *Sushi Rice *1.5 Cup Flour *1.5 Cup Water *Eel sauce (optional) *Spicy Mayo (optional) *Sriracha (optional) Recipe: 1. Skin the cucumber around the core and cut them into thin slices 2. Cut avocado in 4 and peel the skin for each piece. Then slice them thinly 3. Slice 2 small pieces of salmon and tuna 4. Widely spread the sushi rice on the seaweed paper 5. Place crab meat, cucumber, tuna, salmon, and cream cheese 6. Gently roll it with hand 7. Evenly cover the roll with flour and then cover it with the batter (1 cup of flour + 1.5 cup of water) 8. In medium heat, gently place the battered roll and fry it until it is golden 9. Slice them into 5 pieces 10. Neatly place them on a plate 11. Lastly drizzle with eel sauce, spicy mayo and sriracha on top (any kind of sauce you like!)
