Here I show how to make a German Dish, Beef Rouladen in the Instant Pot. Here is the Recipe. 1.5 Lbs Top Round thin cut across the top Salt and Pepper to Taste 1 large Onion chopped fine 8 slices of Bacon Spicy Mustard Dill Pickle Spears Cooking Twine or Toothpicks 1 cup Beef Broth 1 cup Red Wine Lay out the Top Round. Add Salt and Pepper to taste. Add a thin layer of the Mustard covering the Beef. Add on 2 slices of Bacon per slice of Beef. Add Onion covering the whole pile while leaving the last 1/3 free. Place the Pickle Spear across the top of the Beef. Pull the Beef over the Pickle Spear and roll towards you. Tie or Pin the Roll together. Heat the Instant Pot on the Saute Setting. Brown the Rolls on all sides. Remove the Rolls and deglaze the Pot with the Broth and Wine. Turn off the Pot. Return the Rolls and any drippings on the Plate. Cover the Pot making sure the lid is on and locked. Turn on the Pot to Pressure Cooking. Make sure it is set to 25 minutes on High. Also make sure the Vent is set to closed or Seal. When the time is up allow the Pot to release naturally. Open and serve.
