Artist alleges Delhi police manhandled him in Connaught Place, video goes viral

Varun Dagar, a street performer, said that on Tuesday, as he was playing in Connaught Place in the center of the nation's capital, the Delhi police assaulted him. Dagar claims that police assaulted him and forcefully took him from the CP's Block B area. Additionally, he claimed that the parking staff had abused him. On his Instagram page, Dagar posted a video of the event, which has already gone viral on social media. Alleging the assault, Dagar wrote, “As the police came to remove me, the parking staff also joined them.
